Head of Analytics, Publicis Health
I lead the Analytics practice at Publicis Health. I have focused my career within the healthcare marketing analytics space, empowering healthcare marketers with data-driven strategic guidance while developing innovative solutions to healthcare marketing problems through the power of data science.
I’ve worked to measure, predict, and optimize marketing and business outcomes across personal, non-personal, digital, and social channels. I’ve led engagements with brands that span all stages of the product lifecycle, with a particular focus on established brands.
My role is to guide the departmental vision and lead innovation initiatives, effectively positioning marketing analytics as a competitive differentiator and organic growth driver for the agency at large.
VP, Head of Data Science & Engineering
I lead the Data Engineering practice at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. Since September 2013, I’ve has worked to deliver analytical insights to clients, with a focus on efficiency and repeatability.
My prior expertise in software development, client services, database architecture, and predictive analytics has enabled me to provide my clients with a unique blend of data-focused rigor and strategic insight. My experience includes work in digital, personal, and non-personal promotion channels. I graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Neuroscience.
VP, Head of Data Strategy & Measurement
I lead the Data Strategy practice at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, where I ensure strategic business insight for my clients by focusing on a balance of technical leadership and the subtle art of asking the right questions.
As a data steward and a close partner to my clients, I am responsible for leading inter-agency efforts and building active teams. I pride myself in being able to bring out the best in the datasets *and* the technical teams I work with, to ensure a consultative level of insight which I bring to my clients.
In the technical sense, my career path has taken me through leadership positions in digital analytics, media analytics (including paid search and SEO), business analytics, CRM & deployment rules, social media analytics and social listening, and primary research techniques based in survey design and harvesting customer-level data from the web.
VP, Head of Data Operations and Data Governance
I work closely with the SSW Analytics Team and external partnerships to create process efficiencies and guide best practices.
I graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Science as an advertising major.
Prior to SSW, I worked at several top creative agencies in Account and Project Management across multiple Global brands including Proctor & Gamble, PlayStation, Maybelline and Calvin Klein. I pride myself on being highly adaptable at a time when emerging technologies, machine learning and artificial intelligence is moving at an exponential rate. I seek industry hot spots where creativity, innovation and technology can bread new offerings with optimized business outcomes. Data and Analytics is my new passion and an area with the most opportunity to explore new possibilities for our Health and Wellness clients.
Working as VP, Director within the SSW Data & Analytics team, I am focused on delivering actionable insights across all touchpoints of the customer journey. Over the last 15 years I’ve participated in the growth of the advertising analytics practice from simple campaign performance reporting to prescriptive analytics, taking analysis from insight to foresight.
I come most recently from within the Publicis family (Digitas) where I led the Samsung global analytics team, spread across three continents gathering campaign data and insights from over 20 markets and 3 LOBs (including Mobile Phones). Throughout my career I’ve thrived on providing strong technical expertise and thought leadership. As I continue my career, I look forward to exploring new and innovative ways to marry data to creative to spark the “aha!”.
Director, Data Science
I am a Director on the Data and Analytics team at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, and am one of the leaders of our Data Science offerings. I have over 10 years of experience working in healthcare and has been with Saatchi for almost 4 years. In my current role, mywork has spanned rare disease, surgical products, diabetes, and women’s health. My experience ranges across all kinds of medical and marketing data, and I’m proficient in SQL, SAS, and R programming. My expertise strikes a balance between data science and business intelligence.
Prior to this role, I was an analyst at EmblemHealth, New York’s largest non-profit health insurer. There, I specialized in health-related quality measures, including osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and medication adherence.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in biotechnology from Rutgers University and a Master’s of Science in biomedical sciences from Stony Brook University.
Associate Director, Analytics & Data Science
I have a background in mathematics and psychology and an MBS with a concentration in data science. I specialize in developing best-in-class dashboard solutions, where I thoughtfully ensure that the back end data is processed in an automatic and robust way. On the front end I create visualizations that minimize the cognitive load for my clients.
I am responsible for collecting data from our partners and bringing it all together in an integrated dashboard. I work with partner agencies to ensure digital media and websites are tagged properly, so that we can perform deep digital analytics that has a true impact on my client’s business. As an analytics professional, I take pride in being able deliver meaningful insight.
Manager, Analytics Operations (Social Group Account Supervisor)
I’m a Colorado native, University of Colorado at Boulder Alum, and a MBA candidate at Colombia Business School. I’ve worked in the marketing industry for almost a decade, focusing on experiential campaigns for clients such as American Express, Facebook, and Volvo. I’ve had extensive experience driving integrated campaign strategy and production, ultimately helping my past clients win 10+ industry awards including a Bronze Cannes Lion for Design on Volvo’s “Highway Robbery” campaign and a Gold Reggie Award for Best Consumer Campaigns Under $3MM on Ally’s “Lucky Penny” campaign.
In 2018, I joined SSW as a Social Group Account Supervisor managing social and digital strategy and creative production for the agency’s largest pharmaceutical client. Recently, I’ve expanded my responsibilities to support the SSW Analytics team as an Operations Manager helping to implement data first thinking and decision making across SSW’s client portfolio.
When I’m not working hard to push my clients to focus on data and think outside of the box, I stay busy by making my own hot sauces from scratch, searching for REAL green chili in NYC, and finding the best clubs in Brooklyn to dance my tail off in.

Manager, Data Engineering
I have been with the Saatchi and Saatchi Wellness Analytics team since 2015 within the Data Engineering group.
Before joining SSW, I spent four years teaching English in Vietnam. During this time, I managed to teach myself programming and project management through a number of video game projects and collaborations. Upon my return to the US, I took an immediate liking to Data Science and have been growing ever since.
Within the SSW analytics department, I am a driving force of the TrueTarget and SweetSpot product offerings for machine learning based predictive targeting and strategy optimization. On the rare occasion I am unable to solve a problem within the realm of SQL and Tableau, I can shore up any gaps with a liberal use of R and Python.
Manager, Data Science
I have a B.A. in Biochemistry and M.S. in Data Science from New College of Florida. I have always been interested in both healthcare and machine learning, and have found the field of Data Science to offer a fascinating and powerful approach towards merging these interests.
I joined the SSW analytics team in the summer of 2018 as the Data Science & Engineering intern, and came on full-time in January 2019. My work has focused on developing new analytics product offerings and supporting current ones with Python, R, and SQL, with an emphasis on network analytics and machine learning.
In my free time I enjoy watching basketball, movies, and playing jazz guitar.
Manager, Data Science & Engineering
I have a background in software engineering and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. My relationship with Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness began in the summer of 2017 as an intern where I developed my love for data science and engineering. I have officially been with SSW since 2018.
I am adept at transitioning from developing backend ETL pipelines to building insightful and interactive dashboards for high-level clients. My goal is to optimize the analytics workflow and push for more innovative technologies within the healthcare marketing realm.
In addition, I am also a large advocate for the empowerment of women and underrepresented minorities in STEM. I take pride in guiding young individuals joining the field to a successful future. In my spare time, I like to rock climb, cook, and most importantly, spend time with my Eskie baby, Kuro.
Senior Analytics Associate, Data Strategy
I’m an innately curious person who’s deeply passionate about understanding human behavior. I’m proud to be a strategic and data-driven marketer. I believe that when you’re in marketing, you’re in the business of creating results, specifically, data-driven, consumer-centric, and measurable results. I enjoying sifting through data to connect the dots, and uncover actionable insights that will ultimately aid clients in solving business problems. I’m excited to join the Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness Analytics team.
Prior to this role, I was a strategist specializing in brand positioning, digital strategy & product development, with clients from financial services, technology, and higher-education. In another life, before pivoting to marketing, I was a journalist reporting on health and technology for various publications, e.g. NPR, Popular Science, etc. I graduated with a BS in Journalism and MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
Senior Analytics Associate, Platform Analytics & Data Strategy
I have a background in Pharmaceuticals, Communications, and a master’s degree focusing on Marketing Analytics from Baruch College. I am a big fan of data and analytics, and I believe the power of data through effective visualization and actionable insights. In addition, I am always curious and enthusiastic about how new technologies are changing the business and pride myself that I evolve fast to always be part of it.
Prior to this role, I was a business analytics consultant, specializing in business intelligence, advanced analytics, insights, and strategy for a global Consumer Goods company. I see myself as a bridge to connect data and technologies to the business and I am dedicated to be an expert on that.
Outside of work, I am a foodie, and enjoy cooking. I also love travelling to experience different culture and of course the local food!
Senior Analyst, Finance & Analytics Operations
I work closely with the SSW Analytics Team on our internal and external partnerships to manage process efficiencies, best practices and operations. I graduated from The Keller Graduate School of Management program at DeVry University with a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management.
Prior to my position at SSW, I worked at a consumer advertising agency and a public relations agency. I am truly fascinated by Data and Analytics and it has become a strong area of interest, both personally and professionally. I look forward to aiding in improvement, growth and productivity across the organization as well as delivering excellent project execution to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
