Kevin TroyanosKevin Troyanos

SVP, Analytics

I lead the Analytics & Data Science practice at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. I have focused my career within the healthcare marketing analytics space, empowering healthcare marketers with data-driven strategic guidance while developing innovative solutions to healthcare marketing problems through the power of data science.

I’ve worked to measure, predict, and optimize marketing and business outcomes across personal, non-personal, digital, and social channels. I’ve led engagements with brands that span all stages of the product lifecycle, with a particular focus on established brands.

My role is to guide the departmental vision and lead innovation initiatives, effectively positioning marketing analytics as a competitive differentiator and organic growth driver for the agency at large.

Group Director, Analytics & Data Engineering

I lead the Data Engineering practice at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. Since September 2013, I’ve has worked to deliver analytical insights to clients, with a focus on efficiency and repeatability.

My prior expertise in software development, client services, database architecture, and predictive analytics has enabled me to provide my clients with a unique blend of data-focused rigor and strategic insight. My experience includes work in digital, personal, and non-personal promotion channels.  I graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Neuroscience.

Group Director, Analytics & Data Strategy

I lead the Data Strategy practice at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, where I ensure strategic business insight for my clients by focusing on a balance of technical leadership and the subtle art of asking the right questions.

As a data steward and a close partner to my clients, I am responsible for leading inter-agency efforts and building active teams. I pride myself in being able to bring out the best in the datasets *and* the technical teams I work with, to ensure a consultative level of insight which I bring to my clients.

In the technical sense, my career path has taken me through leadership positions in digital analytics, media analytics (including paid search and SEO), business analytics, CRM & deployment rules, social media analytics and social listening, and primary research techniques based in survey design and harvesting customer-level data from the web.

I work closely with the SSW Analytics Team and external partnerships to create process efficiencies and guide best practices.

I graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Science as an advertising major.

Prior to SSW, I worked at several top creative agencies in Account and Project Management across multiple Global brands including Proctor & Gamble, PlayStation, Maybelline and Calvin Klein.  I pride myself on being highly adaptable at a time when emerging technologies, machine learning and artificial intelligence is moving at an exponential rate.  I seek industry hot spots where creativity, innovation and technology can bread new offerings with optimized business outcomes.   Data and Analytics is my new passion and an area with the most opportunity to explore new possibilities for our Health and Wellness clients.

I started my career in the clean energy industry where I consulted electric and natural gas utility clients on the delivery, tracking and reporting of demand side management programs. I shifted into the fascinating world of marketing sciences after completing my Master of Business and Science in Analytics at Rutgers University.

I am currently utilizing data strategy and advanced analytics at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness to deliver results that impact client business decisions and support the resolution of complex business problems across the health and wellness industry.

I do not believe in doing analytics just for analytics sake. I believe in using analytics as a tool to deliver actionable insights to clients which empower them to make the data-driven decisions required to position themselves for a successful future.

Manager, Analytics & Data Engineering

I specialize in Data Engineering at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness and I’ve been with the company since Fall of 2014.

My areas of focus can be distilled down into a few key areas: predictive analytics-based targeting, holistic brand performance reporting, daily financial reporting and dashboard creation, digital and non-digital promotional analysis, keyword and SEO monitoring, and social media landscaping and auditing. Additionally, a main area of focus and a place where I spend a lot of my work day is in data engineering, leveraging SQL to make my life easier by having sensibly stored data at my fingertips when I need it.

Before joining Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, I worked as an analyst in the utility industry working with advanced metering & SmartGrid. I graduated with a BS in Business and Technology Management from NYU Tandon School of Engineering.

I am a Manager of Analytics and Data Strategy, working across the Analytics and Engagement Strategy teams at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. In this role I drive the management, development, and integration of data analytics and leverage insights to inform and optimize brand strategy.

Prior to joining SSW, I supported research and engineering teams at the University of Miami and a variety engineering companies in Nevada and California.

I hold a B.S. in Public Health from Rutgers University and a M.A. in Environmental Geography from the University of Miami. My professional interests include exploring the intersections of marketing, healthcare, and public policy.


Zack Kanegis

Manager, Analytics & Data Science

I have a background in mathematics and psychology and an MBS with a concentration in data science. I specialize in developing best-in-class dashboard solutions, where I thoughtfully ensure that the back end data is processed in an automatic and robust way. On the front end I create visualizations that minimize the cognitive load for my clients.

I am responsible for collecting data from our partners and bringing it all together in an integrated dashboard. I work with partner agencies to ensure digital media and websites are tagged properly, so that we can perform deep digital analytics that has a true impact on my client’s business. As an analytics professional, I take pride in being able deliver meaningful insight.


Vlad Ryvkin

I have been working in or studying healthcare for approximately 9 years. I have a B.S. in biotechnology, and an M.S. in biomedical sciences. After completing my studies, I was an analyst for EmblemHealth, New York’s largest non-profit health insurer. There, I worked on many of their health-related quality measures, including osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and medication adherence.

I joined the Saatchi team in April of 2016, where I have been working in the fields of women’s health, surgical products, and rare disease. I have worked with all kinds of medical and marketing data and am proficient in SQL, SAS, and R programming. My expertise lies in data science and business intelligence.

Senior Analytics Associate, Data Engineering

I have been with the Saatchi and Saatchi Wellness Analytics team since 2015 within the Data Engineering group.

Before joining SSW, I spent four years teaching English in Vietnam. During this time, I managed to teach myself programming and project management through a number of video game projects and collaborations. Upon my return to the US, I took an immediate liking to Data Science and have been growing ever since.

Within the SSW analytics department, I am a driving force of the TrueTarget and SweetSpot product offerings for machine learning based predictive targeting and strategy optimization. On the rare occasion I am unable to solve a problem within the realm of SQL and Tableau, I can shore up any gaps with a liberal use of R and Python.


EBEun Byol (EB) Cho

Senior Analytics Associate, Data Strategy

I specialize in Data Strategy at SSW within the analytics group. I work with clients and partner agencies to analyze data and provide strategic insights that enable businesses to make smart decisions.

Prior to SSW, I came from a consulting firm working with Fortune 100 companies on Sales & Marketing strategies focusing on go-to-market strategy, resource allocation and customer segmentation. I have a BS in Economics from Cornell University and my education as well as my work experience have led me to think critically and approach business problems from various angles with a client-centric mindset. Outside of work, I am passionate about traveling, photography and golf.
